Larry Moore of Windswept Maples Farm in Loudon loads wood into the evaporator; even though the family uses wood harvested from their acerage for the traditional way, they also use reverse osmosis to lower the sap ratio therefore use less wood and increase efficiency in their operations. GEOFF FORESTER
