Larry Moore of Windswept Maples Farm in Loudon walks down from the holding tanks that feed into the evaporator to make syrup. Moore is the fourth generation at the farm and has his three sons to help keep the farm running using technology to make the syrup business more efficient. GEOFF FORESTER
