Concord’s Boy Scout Troop 88 recently traveled to Maine’s Acadia National Park and hiked over 50 miles of trails. Of course, they never travel without the Insider. Now that’s what we call being prepared. Thanks a lot, Scouts!

Wicked FIT Run
Families in Transition is hosting the “Wicked FIT Run,” a family-friendly 5K run/walk dedicated to chasing away homelessness in New Hampshire. The event will be held on Oct. 27 starting at 9 a.m. at Rollins Park.
