If you’re looking to add a little excitement to your holiday shopping experience this year, might we suggest taking part in Intown Concord’s Win The Window.
The task is simple: Pick up a passport at any of the participating businesses (a list can be found at intownconcord.org/events/discover/window) and then wander around downtown. The goal is to get 20 stamps from the participating business north of Pleasant Street and another five from the group on Pleasant and south between Friday and Dec. 15.
Once you have all the necessary stamps, drop off the completed passport at a Win The Window drop box located at TD Bank (143 N. Main St.), N.H. Federal Credit Union (47 N. Main St.) or Double Midnight Comics (67 S. Main St.)
There are three prize packages containing gift cards and items from the 30 participating businesses with a package value of more than $750. One winning passport will be drawn on Dec. 1, 8 and 15. The prize packages can be viewed in the window at N.H. Federal Credit Union.
On Saturday, help Intown Concord and TD Bank stuff a truck to benefit Families in Transition and OutFITters Thrift Store, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Items being collected include brand new twin size sheets, comforters, pillows, pillow cases, towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils and much more.
And don’t forget to check out all the great deals and promotions all throughout downtown during Plaid Friday and Small Business Saturday this week.
