The NHTI Film Society’s Friday night film series continues Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. in the Sweeney Hall Auditorium with the 1934 classic, The Return of Bulldog Drummond, starring Ralph Richardson and Ann Todd.
Richardson – playing retired British office Capt. Hugh “Bulldog” Drummond – is the leader of the “Black Clan,” a secret organization made up of former soldiers under Capt. Drummond’s command during the Great War who are on a mission to defend Britain against scoundrels, foreign and domestic. Drummond finds himself pitted against an old adversary, European arms dealer Carl Peterson played by Francis Sullivan.
All performances are shown in the Sweeney Hall Auditorium, S-122, on the campus of NHTI. The film series is open to the public. Admission is free with an NHTI ID, all others by donation.
