McGowan Fine Art announces the opening of “Love, Lust & Desire.” The show will run from Jan. 28 to Feb. 14, with a reception on Jan. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. There is a snow date of Feb. 7.
February is a month that inspires the romantic in all of us – but are you tired of giving the same old box of candy or vase of flowers? In celebration of Valentine’s Day, McGowan Fine Art presents “Love Lust & Desire,” an annual group show of over 60 artists. The majority of these artworks will be smaller than a sheet of paper, with prices ranging from $25 to $300 – perfect for framing and presenting to your sweetheart.
The show includes a wide array of media including photography, paintings, sculpture, prints and mixed media, and the artists’ submissions from this show are as varied as the artists themselves. Some returning and new ‘fan favorites’ include the beautiful photography of Susan Lirakis, luscious oil paintings of Amy Brnger, sweet and seductive prints by Soosen Dunholter, and Bruce Campbell’s whimsical wire sculptures. There is something for everyone!
The exhibit will be on display at McGowan Fine Art, 10 Hills Ave.
