On Friday head on over to the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center from 6:30 to 9 p.m. for Teen Night: 10 Years on Mars.
It is a teens only (13-19 years old) event, with pizza and soda included, but non-teens are welcome to visit the exhibit galleries during Teen Night.
The Mars Exploration Rovers Spirit and Opportunity landed on Mars 10 years ago this January. For a mission only expected to last 90 days, this Rover mission has far exceeded expectations. Learn all about the amazing discoveries the Rovers have made and what more we can expect in the future.
Friday night programs are free for members. The cost is $10 for adults, $9 for seniors and students, $7 for children (ages 3 to 12) and for groups of 15 or more.
