Author Helen Peppe, a Maine native, will be at Gibson’s Bookstore on Feb. 20 at 7 p.m.
Pigs Can’t Swim: A Memoir, is an outrageous, hilarious, and touching memoir of childhood by the youngest of nine children in a hardscrabble, beyond-eccentric Maine family.
Peppe will have a photographic presentation on perspective and memory, in addition to reading and signing her new book.
