Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is seeking volunteer peer leaders for “Better Choices, Better Health,” a program that helps adults living with ongoing health conditions feel better, regain control of their health and start doing the things they want to do. The training sessions are held on Sept. 18-19, and Sept. 22-23 at Concord Regional VNA, The Slusser Center, 30 Pillsbury St.
After the four day training, you will be able to help others: manage symptoms, lessen frustration, communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, fight fatigue, make daily tasks easier and get more out of life.
