Dunkin’ Donuts supported the Merrimack County Child Advocacy Center through an in-store campaign at participating restaurants throughout Merrimack County, and franchisees recently presented a check for $5,300 to the CAC as a result.
Guests were invited to donate $1 to the CAC to receive a paper icon placed on the walls of their local Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant. Donors also received a flyer with more information about how the organization benefits the community.
So how does it benefit the community? Founded in 2009, the CAC serves more than 300 children each year and works to strengthen and protect children, families and the community from violence and abuse thanks to an inter-disciplinary team approach that focuses on early intervention, coordinated investigations and collaborative action plans.
