The Concord-Merrimack County SPCA’s groundbreaking ceremony at its new location at the intersection of Clinton Street and Silk Farm Road has been moved up to July 19 at noon. The previous date was July 24.
There will be a short ceremony featuring VIPs and shovels in the ground, as well as one or two doggies digging alongside. Lemonade and cookies will be served in the Yellow House afterward.
