May is national fitness month. Celebrate with a free fitness class at the Bow Community Building, 2 Knox Road, Bow. You don't have to be a Bow resident to join in on the fun – all are welcome.
The schedule includes:
-May 3: Zumba at 9:10 a.m. and Combo Step and Low-Impact Aerobics at 5:45 p.m.
-May 5: Combo Step and Low-Impact Aerobics at 9:10 a.m. and yoga at 5:45 p.m.
-May 6: Zumba Gold for beginners and older adults at 9:10 a.m.
