The kindergarteners at Beaver Meadow School love their moms – and we mean really, REALLY love their moms. So much, in fact, that the little muffins are hosting a “Women We Love” tea party for their moms at the school on Mothers Day to share notes they wrote about how great they are. Here’s a sneak peek of what they’ll share (we dare you not to smile while reading this):
From Anders: “My mom can rock my new baby brother Benjamin to sleep really, really fast. I know my mom used to rock me and my sister Emma to sleep everyday too. At night time, my mom always read to me and hugs and me says, ‘I love you Anders.’ ”
From Bailey: “My mom likes to make me chicken nuggets for dinner. We like to walk to Summer Freeze on nice days. I like vanilla and my mom likes chocolate ice cream. On the way, we like to laugh and talk about lots of things like water beetles.”
From Carley: “I love my mom because she is the best mom. She takes care of me even when I am sick. She makes my bed when I am too busy. My mom cooks the best mashed potatoes.”
From Bastian: “My mom is so special because she looks GREAT every day. She wears pretty earrings every day when she goes to work.”
From Christopher: “My mom loves to have parties for me. She is the best party maker in Concord . . . My mom cooks my favorite food, tortellini, because she really loves me. I wish I could have tortellini for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”
From Emma: “My mom always cuddles with me. She is the BEST at cuddling.”
From Paige: “My mom is the BEST in the west of Concord. My mom is so much fun and I love my mom a lot. My mom and I like to go for walks together. My mom has a nice heart.”
From Ryanne: “My mom is the best at fixing things. She can fix anything, just ask her.”
From Sophie: “My mom is cute and she has lots of freckles and looks like a leopard.”
From Tyler: “I wish I could get my mom a new brown dog.”
From Summer: “My mom likes to rake up all of the pine cones in our yard so we have a nice place to play.”
From Joey: “My mom is the best runner is town. She likes to run outside on the sidewalk. My mom likes to exercise so she can play soccer on a team. My mom is a soccer champion…. REALLY.”
From Alex: “My mom is special because she wears glasses. It makes her see me really good and drive the car really really good.”
