Maybe these high school students will tutor you in math

All three of the Concord High seniors who were recognized as National Merit semifinalists in the fall have advanced to finalist standing in the 2009 National Merit Scholarship Program. As National Merit Finalists, Ben Stinson, Sam Kirsch and Eric Gallager are now eligible to be considered for Merit Scholarship awards, including National Merit scholarships of $2,500.

This is not the first national recognition that Concord High School has received this academic year. In December, and for the second year in a row, Concord High School was recognized by U. S. News and World Report as one of the best high schools in the country and one of the 12 best high schools in the state of New Hampshire. Also, for the second year running, Concord High School was the only large high school in the state to receive this honor.

“I could not be more proud of these students or the faculty and staff at Concord High,” said Principal Gene Connolly. “The Concord High family is committed to creating a learning environment that encourages students to reach their highest potential.”
