We caught wind of a letter to the editor that appeared in the Monitor last week that was, shall we say, rather derogatory toward this gem of a weekly. Here’s the letter and our official response.
Please update the TV Monitor with one page of all of the weekly sports. I think that this is much more important than the Insider, which I find a waste of paper.

Dear Ms. Cranky Pants,
You’re so right – we are a complete waste of paper. But why stop at adding one sports page to the TV Monitor? Why not make the whole Monitor TV listings?
Just kidding. Now back to business.
It’s okay if you don’t like the tone of the paper – we understand that not everyone finds us hilarious (studies show those people also don’t like babies and candy), but would you go so far as to deprive others of community content? That’s taking it a bit too far.
We know you’re not going to read this, because you’re probably glued to ESPN, but we just wanted to say our piece.
