Now that the weather has gotten cooler we are again looking for knitters. Knits for Kids provides handknit sweaters to needy children in our country and all over the world. This is a very easy pattern done in only two T-shape pieces.
I will gladly send you a copy of the easy directions or you can find them at knitforkids.org. Although you can knit from home, we meet once a month and welcome all levels. If you prefer you can use any simple over-the-head sweater pattern that you enjoy making.
If you would like to help, but do not knit, we can always use postage donations and if you have any yarn sitting around gathering dust, we can put it to good use.
