It’s been quite a while since we’ve run a cool Instagram shot taken by someone other than users @michaelpmurphy and @sheldonmckinley_, two of the capital city’s most prolific and talented Instagrammers. However, they’re not the only ones with some talent – and Instagram accounts.
This shot here was part of a multi-shot spread from user @jrw_photos, who hasn’t been featured here before. While photos focusing on an image reflected in a puddle of water are not all that rare on Instagram, this one stood out because of the clarity and detail. Plus, we get some solid ground in the shot as well, rather than seeing nothing but the puddle. The photographer captured the warmly lit State House dome in this little puddle, and the result is a very pleasing image. Nice shot, @jrw_photos!
