The Well Done Awards, offered by the Capital Area Wellness Coalition, serve to recognize efforts in Merrimack County that support healthy eating and active living. Nominations are accepted from the community and reviewed by past winners and select members from the CAWC. Ten nominations were received this year with four winners selected and awarded by Mayor Jim Bouley. This year’s recipients include: Renee Plodzik, ARPN, Fit 4 A Cause; Shamecca Brown, owner of Vibes of Style Dance; Granite State College; and Kearsarge Food Hub and Sweet Beet Market.
