The Monkey and the Bee is a picture book that shows, in very few words, a struggle between a monkey and a bee who both want to eat a banana. At one point the monkey takes a bite of the banana and discovers that the bee was there first. The bee is now buzzing around in the monkey’s mouth! The monkey starts chasing the bee with a branch. But then a fierce lion appears on the scene. What will happen to the monkey? He only wanted to eat a banana. Where’s the bee? How will it all end? You will have to check out this fun and lively tale to find out!
