We stopped by the Halloween Annex Discount Superstore on Loudon Road to see what’s happening in the world of ghosts and ghouls this year. The temporary spot is operated by J & J Party Supplies and Janitorial Services in Amherst and moves to a different location each year – Concord just happened to be the lucky winner for 2015. And what we found is that Jon can really rock a Halloween costume and a bunch of other stuff that will help you stand out this year.
