Jane Miner and company were birding at Horseshoe Pond recently when they stumbled upon this scene, which is pretty clearly evidence of alien life, if you ask us.
She agreed. Well, maybe. Either that or the circus was in town when nobody was looking.
“What do you think it is?” Miner asked via email. “Our theories are: an alien space vehicle or a really, really big elephant. I think an investigation by the Insiders is in order.”
If by investigation she means a cursory look at the photos followed by immediate construction of tinfoil hats, then, fear not, the investigation is already underway.
Seriously, though, what the heck are those things? We’re going with “the result of a latenight alien spaceship stop to soak in the beauty of Horseshoe Pond, obvi,” until we hear something more probable.
And, not to cue the spooky X Files music or anything, but, no joke – when we first downloaded these photos, they showed up in our system upside down. Sounds like the work of intergalactic visitors, if you ask us.
