Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is offering “Powerful Tools for Caregivers,” a six-week program that empowers family caregivers of adults to take better care of themselves. The program takes place Wednesdays beginning March 25, from 3 to 4:30 p.m., at Concord Hospital Center for Health Promotion, 49 S. Main St. in Concord.
Learn tools to help reduce stress, improve caregiving confidence, establish balance in your life, communicate your needs, make difficult decisions and locate helpful resources.
