Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is offering a free presentation “Talk Early, Talk Often” on Wednesday, March 18, from 5 to 6 p.m. at TLC Medical Day Care for Adults, 211 Loudon Road in Concord.
Advance care planning is a gift you give yourself and your family. It is about doing what you can to ensure your wishes are followed if you are unable to speak for yourself or make your own decisions. While we do not like to think we will need such plans, often the lack of advance care planning can cause questioning, confusion, or disagreements among family members trying to decide what you would want.
