Concord General Services is bringing back the opportunity for Concord residents to win free pay-as-you-throw trash bags. All new and existing subscribers to General Services News Flash topics on the City of Concord’s website will be entered to win a bundle of 30 gallon purple PAYT bags to use for curbside trash collection.
Residents will be entered to win up to three times if they subscribe to each General Services News Flash topic, including: General Services, General Services – street maintenance, and General Services – trash & recycling.
