The Concord Public Library is trying a Giving Tree for the first time this year to help those who can’t afford their library fines.
Choose an ornament from the tree, take it to the service desk and donate that amount. Your generosity will help other patrons start the new year with a clean slate and utilize all the library has to offer by paying off their fines under $50.
