The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the next seminar in the 2014 Legal Breakfast Series will be held Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 8 to 9 a.m. at the offices of Orr & Reno at 45 S. Main St. on the fourth floor. The seminar, “Maintaining Attorney-Client Privilege in the Digital Age,” will be presented by William Chapman, Esq. Coffee and a light breakfast will be served. This event is free but pre-registration is required.
In an era of constant email and text messaging – not to mention LinkedIn, social media, cloud computing, and the proliferation of mobile devices – how can you protect the attorney-client privilege? Join Chapman, an Orr & Reno attorney, as he discusses the challenges involved in maintaining attorney-client privilege in a digital world. Business owners and inpiduals who retain lawyers for transactions, planning, and litigation should consider attending. Seminar content will also be highly relevant to in-house counsel in their dealings with employees and outside counsel.
The Legal Breakfast Series is a partnership between the Chamber and the law firm of Orr & Reno, PA, on topics relevant to small business owners, business and non-profit managers.
Register with the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce by the Friday before the event at 224-2508 or visit concordnhchamber.com.
