We asked for Classic Concord photos; we got horse-drawn wagons cruising through the McDonald’s drive thru. For the record, we consider that a major victory. Big thanks to reader Arolyn Sargent of Concord, who found these images while looking through a box of old photos. She believes the pictures are circa 1980 (back before inflation when hay was still on the Dollar Menu) and came after a parade through the streets of Concord. Honestly, though, what happened before these pictures were snapped is of little consequence – these are the moments that matter. Anyway, this is exactly what we’re looking for, readers!
