Last time I saw you was at Target. I was with my kids, you with yours. We passed each other a few times and exchanged smiles. Somehow it felt like more than a friendly hello.
Today, I saw you again. At Walmart this time, and with someone who appeared to be your man. You smiled at me the same as before, and my world brightened a bit.

I was the girl in the light blue tank running on the treadmill like a crazy person earlier today. I tried really hard not to look over at you but whenever I oh-so-nonchalantly did, I caught your eye. I don’t ever do this, but somehow I feel like I’m supposed to get to know you– and it’s been nagging me ever since I drove away from you in the parking lot.
So yeah. I doubt you’ll ever see this and I’m not in this area very often but I figured it can’t hurt to try.
