The AARP Foundation’s Tax-Aide program offers free tax preparation and e-filing to Concord area residents.
The program serves low and moderate income taxpayers who wish to avoid the expense and anxiety related to filing their 2013 federal tax return. Staffed by IRS-certified volunteers, each Tax-Aide site welcomes taxpayers of all ages. You do not need to be an AARP member to take advantage of this free service.
In Concord, Tax-Aide sites are located at Granite United Way, 46 S. Main St., the Centennial Senior Center, 254 N. State St., NH Federal Credit Union, 70 Airport Rd and Workplace Success, 2 Industrial Park Drive.
Appointments are required at all Tax-Aide sites. To schedule an appointment, taxpayers should dial 2-1-1. 2-1-1 is a community services helpline sponsored by United Ways of New Hampshire.
