The Y unveiled its all-new, state-of-the-art equipment last week, including all-new cardio machines, weight machines and new free weights. The Y is proud to be the first facility in New Hampshire to feature Matrix equipment, which is among the world’s premier and fastest-growing commercial fitness brands. This new line of equipment easily adjusts to people of various heights to accommodate people of all sizes and includes more resistance settings for a better work out all around.
