The stars will be in your eyes when you spy the herb-roasted rib eye carving station, handcrafted artisan risotto bar, and stunning selection of holiday appetizers. Enjoy seared scallops served with champagne butter, grilled lamb lollypops, sweet spiced Asian tofu fritters, and pan-seared chickpea cutlets served with chipotle rémoulade, to name just a few. Pair delicious wines with delectable cheeses along the Co-op’s artisan cheese board. And be sure to walk along the sweet treats dessert station to nibble an assortment of tasty desserts, including gourmet cookies, cakes, brownies, tarts, and pastries, all baked fresh from scratch by the Co-op’s own gourmet pastry chefs.
The popular Club Soda Band will put a little extra jingle in your step with Christmas classics and festive rock tunes. And you can also enjoy a free wine tasting accompanying the event.
Swing by the open old-time sleigh to pose for the Co-op’s professional photographer in front of a winter wonderland scene and download your picture online for free after the event.
“The Co-op has put on several great events this year, and the Jingle Bell Bash is shaping up to be the best of them all,” said the Co-op’s General Manager Paula Harris. “We’re so excited for this one that we’re going all out with the food, decorations, and the entertainment. I cannot wait to see it come alive. You will definitely want to be here.”
