Emotional wellness is the ability to understand ourselves and cope with the challenges life can bring. As we age, the opportunity to encounter a major challenge increases. Leaving home, loss of a loved one, and/or the onset of various diseases can have a strong impact not only on our bodies, but on our minds as well. In this workshop, we will discuss different strategies to manage our emotional health in the face of change.
