<strong>Soula Maloutas</strong><br /><br />Soula Maloutas left her native Greece in the 1970s to find a better life. She realized her dream when she took over the Gaslighter Restaurant on North Main Street nearly 40 years ago. She raised two daughters as a widow and put them through college, all while running her restaurant, six days a week, 12 hours a day.
