Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association is offering four free sessions, “The Grief Experience Through the Holidays,” on Wednesdays beginning Nov. 14 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. They take place at the Concord Regional VNA Hospice House, 240 Pleasant St.. The three additional sessions are held on Nov. 28, Dec. 5, and Dec.19.
These sessions offer information and support for adults who are coping with loss during the holiday season. Trained group facilitators provide information and facilitate a discussion about how to live with the grief and not be consumed by it.
