ConcordTV is planning to introduce “ConcordTV Online” by the end of September and will announce the launch in its enewsletter as soon as it is up and running.
What does this mean to you and our community? If you miss a program on ConcordTV channels, you will be able to go to the website and find that program and watch it “on demand.” It also means that this is the best time ever to become a TV producer and get your idea, message, or issue aired on our channels.
Also, the New Hampshire Coalition for Community Media , a statewide organization that is made up of Community TV stations throughout New Hamsphire, is introducing a special event. This event, the NHCCM Honors Awards, will be hosted by ConcordTV at Concord High School on Oct. 20. You're invited to attend this free event, which will offer an afternoon of roundtable discussions that should be of great interest to all producers, volunteers, and anyone who is involved with ConcordTV in any way.
Most exciting is the evening awards event, which will be held in the high school auditorium. Each community TV station in the state will be given the opportunity to recognize the great work done by inpiduals at their station, and present them with awards. ConcordTV will be taking advantage of this opportunity and presenting many awards that evening. We hope that some of you will plan to attend this event and see this as a chance to network with other community TV folks from all over the state in a day of sharing and collaboration.
