Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to Dimond Hill Farm on Sept. 8 to enjoy homegrown food and music at the Harvest Festival. Concert-goers can go on an herb walk on the farm at 3 p.m. before settling down for the festivities, which run from 4 to 9:30 p.m. The festival will go on, rain or shine, with a tent in case of rain.
Enjoy delicious bites from The Celery Stick Cafe, The Works, Cafe Indigo, and New Hampshire Distributors. Vegan and vegetarian choices will be available. The concert will include music by the Cabbage Heads, Reaganta, Neptune's Car, Folk n Rolln with Derek Astles, Bow Junction, Lunch at the Dump, and Dr. Dann & the Off-Mission Blues Band. Tickets are $15 for kids and $30 for adults ($20/$35 on day of event) and are available online at greenconcord.org. You can also visit “harvestfestivalconcordnh” on Facebook.
Net proceeds from the Harvest Festival event will be donated to Five Rivers Conservation Trust for the benefit of the Triacca Fields conservation easement project, which is adjacent to Dimond Hill Farm, and other conservation easement projects.
