How long have you been a Girl Scout?
Four years.
What are the three qualities of a good leader?
Listen to other's suggestions, changing things when something doesn't work, and making good decisions.
Why do you enjoy being a Girl Scout?
It gives me a chance to make a difference in the world and to do something in my life that I am proud of. It teaches me to be a good leader and how I can be a better person.
What community service projects have you done?
We made Thanksgiving baskets for low-income families that included a turkey, canned goods, paper towels and other Thanksgiving stuff. We made baby blankets for low-income moms. For Halloween, we decorated pumpkins for younger children in our town.
If you were president for a day, what would you do?
I would make sure bullying would stop – I would make a federal law against bullying. I would also make sure that there were at least five homeless shelters in every major city in America.
Who is your role model and why?
Michelle Obama because she is fighting against bullying, childhood obesity, and is helping soldiers in the military. She is also a mom, a business-person, and the first lady.
What fun activities do you do as a Girl Scout?
I like the charity work a lot, and I also like to participate in the program that sends Girl Scout Cookies to our soldiers serving overseas. It's called Operation Cookie. I like camping with my troop, too.
Tell us three things about yourself that we might not know:
I am a fourth-generation Girl Scout. I got 33 patches in just two years – my favorite patch was the sports one. My favorite animal is a monkey.
