The Poetry Society of New Hampshire is collecting poems about aging and its issues to be published in an anthology tentatively called “You Must Remember This: Poems about Aging and Memory.”
Certainly memory and its difficulties – sometimes manifested as Alzheimer's or dementia – will be frequent themes in this anthology, but the aim is for a more expansive look at the process of aging and its effects on others.
The Poetry Society of New Hampshire seeks new, unpublished poems in English from poets around the world. Submission is free, but is limited to three poems per poet. All selections and most significant editing decisions will be made by Sept. 1, 2012.
