Look who we spotted in Eagle Square. Gov. John Lynch took a moment out of his busy schedule to share his favorite parts of fall. “The foliage and the colors, and the temperature,” he said. “I love it when it’s 80 during the day and 40 at night, with no humidity.” Above, Lynch shares a moment with Ross and Ava McGowan, both 7. Ross and Ava – whose grandfather was the architect of Eagle Square – said they like playing in leaf piles.
James Loukides’s favorite part of fall is Octoberfest beer.
Jeff Avitabile said he looks forward to football the most.
Julian Keenan said he prefers the crisp air and colorful leaves.
The Reuning family stopped in Concord as part of a tour of several New England states. From back, Scott was looking forward to football, Sheila and 9-year-old Jessica prefer the colors on the trees, and 7-year-old Christopher likes raking (score, parents!).
James Holl enjoys the cooler weather, foliage and football, Maria Landry likes taking in Franconia Notch, and Howard Skeffington enjoys “cleaning up leaves because I get to use the cool vacuum mulcher machine I bought.”
Kris Parisien looks forward to bug-free hikes, while Susan Benson enjoys the colors. Maddy Parisien (front) is withholding judgment for a few more years.
