The Concord Homeless Resource Center will hold an open house at its new location on June 1 from 4 to 7 p.m. Program at 5:15 with remarks by MayorJim Bouley. Refreshments will be provided.
We are so happy to be in our new space at 6B S. State St., at the back of the Cornerstone Counseling building.
The South Congregational Church was the home of the Resource Center since we opened our doors on Jan. 2, 2009. It was the church's vision to have a daytime center for guests to work on getting out of homelessness. They let us use their library, then offered us an office space in their building at 6 S. State Street.
All are welcome to the open house.
