The Great Story Experiment, part 2

When we last left the Great Story Experiment, the Easter Bunny was in a terrible pickle. It was the day before Easter, he had 200 more eggs to paint, and he woke up to find that the eggs were missing. Whatever would he do?

We got lots of great submissions for Part Two, but we narrowed it down to this one, from 9-year-old John Elsnau. Check it out!

The Easter Bunny thought and thought, then came up with a plan. He will. . . go ask his next door neighbor, Mr. Turtle for some more eggs. Mr. Turtle said, “Sorry, I do not have any more eggs but I did see Mr. Sheep sneaking out of your house with a big package.”

“Mr. Sheep!” said the Easter Bunny, “Why would he do such a thing as that. He is always nice to me. Why would he do that to me! I am going to go to Mr. Sheep's house and talk to him about why he stole my eggs.” So the Easter Bunny went to Mr. Sheep's house. He rang the door bell and Mr. Sheep said, “Hello, what are you doing here?” Easter Bunny said, “I know you took my eggs!” Mr. Sheep said, “Sorry, Easter Bunny, I did steal your eggs. Please come in and let me explain. . .
