The National Association of Letter Carriers Food Drive will be held on May 14. The U.S Postal Service relies on the network of local United Ways around the country for support of this important day. Concord is just one of dozens of New Hampshire communities participating in the drive.
Simply place a box or can of non-perishable food next to your mailbox before the letter carrier delivers the mail on May 14. The food is then taken back to a postal station, sorted and delivered to an area food bank or pantry where it is available to those in need.
