Lynch will provide his annual update on the economic challenges and opportunities facing the state, especially as it relates to the business community, and will take questions from the audience. The event is on March 23 from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Grappone Conference Center, 70 Constitution Ave. The cost is $25 for chamber members and $35 for non-members, and includes lunch.
