Join the fun on the State House lawn June 4 as Walk NH celebrates the fifth year of its statewide walking program.
Activities kick off at noon with appearances from first lady Dr. Susan Lynch, New Hampshire paralympian skier Chris Devlin-Young and Oakie, the Oakhurst Dairy mascot. Refreshments, prizes, and music from WJYY's DJ Nazzy will be provided. Lynch will lead a mile-long walk around downtown around 12:40 p.m.
Walk NH is a public awareness program coordinated by the Foundation for Healthy Communities with a mission of keeping people of all ages active by walking.
