The Bow Mills United Methodist Church, 505 South St., Bow, will host the second annual Service-Gift auction on May 16 starting at noon. Join us for a potluck lunch and then browse the services and gifts that will be up for auction. The proceeds will benefit the church. For more information, call 224-0884.
The women of the church will hold their annual “Mother, Daughter, Friend Banquet” on May 18 at 6 p.m.
A roast turkey dinner will be served by the men of the church. The cost is $8, $4 for children 6 to 12 years old and free for children younger than 6. All are welcome. Reserve your spot by calling Joan Day at 228-1154 by May 14.
