Youth Fishing Day will be held on April 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Merril Park on Eastman Street. Admission is free.
There will be refreshments, fly casting instruction and fly tying demonstrations. Tackle and bait will be provided, or you can bring your own. Children younger than 10 years old should bring an adult.
