Basketballs fans can check out the Sunrise Conference final four Tournament this weekend at NHTI. The conference consists of the College of St. Joseph, Rutland, Vt.; Fisher College, Boston; Paul Smith’s College, Paul Smiths N.Y.; SUNY Canton, N.Y.; University of Maine at Fort Kent; University of Maine at Machias; University of Maine at Presque Isle; and Vermont Technical College, Randolph Center. The tournament is held at NHTI because of its central location. Anyway, who doesn’t love Concord’s small-town charm?
On Feb. 28, women’s games will be held at 1 and 5 p.m., with men’s games at 3 and 7 p.m. See the final games on Feb. 29 – the women’s championship is at 1 p.m. and the men’s championship is at 3 p.m. Admission to games is $6 per day or $10 for two days, students $4 per day or $6 for two days.
