Gather nine friends and colleagues, start pumping iron, and get set to strut your stuff at the Triple Truck Tug on May 30 at the Everett Arena.
The Concord Family YMCA is excited to announce this fundraising event supporting the Kids Campaign fund. Money raised will help make YMCA programs and memberships affordable and available to children and families so that they can lead healthier lives, participate in safe and caring programs and learn valuable life skills.
On May 30, teams of 10 will compete to pull three large vehicles, including a fire engine, a short distance in the fastest time. Strategy, skill and strength will all be required as teams determine how to attack each of their three challenges and sprint from the pulling corral to stop that clock. The team registration fee is $500 and is a tax-deductible contribution to the Kids Campaign fund.
The Triple Truck Tug promises a fun-filled day for participants and spectators alike.There is no fee for spectators. In addition to the tug, there will be live music, family friendly activities, exhibitors and a variety of food.
